(Heuristics: Usability)
One day I was checking the options of Internet Explorer version 6.0. I thought to read some tips of the Internet Explorer. I opened Internet Explorer 6.0. I clicked on drop down menu of “Help” then I clicked on “Tip of the day”. I went on clicking “Next” to read the next tip. After reading the tips I went to the last tip. Now I wanted to see what the previous tip was. Guess what? There is no previous link (Refer the screenshot below).

The above screenshot was taken when I reached at the dead end of tips. There was no “Previous tip” link so that I can go to the previous tip of the day. There is another funny thing about the screenshot. There is “Next tip” link provided which doesn’t take you to the next tip. If there is no “Next tip” then why Microsoft has provided the hyperlink.
