Before few days I was getting an error 16 when I was trying to see the inbox or compose e-mail. Check the below screenshot for what was the “error”.
You notice that in the screenshot it says Error code number is 16. Then I clicked on the link which I have mentioned in the screenshot. After going to the page where I can report the Error code 16 problem I had a drop down box to choose error code. The error code which I had got was 16 but in the drop down box there was only error code 14. This is really funny. The error code is 16 and I am not given an option in drop down box to choose the error code 16 (There was only error code 14). Kindly refer to the below screenshot.
